Welcome to CyberInc Bridge ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website at cyberincbridge.com (the "Site") and use our decentralized finance (DeFi) interface (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

This policy applies to the CyberInc Bridge web interface only. It does not apply to third-party blockchain protocols, bridges, or DEXs that you may interact with through our interface — those services have their own privacy policies.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Wallet addresses: When you connect your wallet, we receive your public wallet address. This is a public blockchain identifier and is not personally identifiable information in isolation.
• Telegram ID (optional): If you choose to enable price alerts via Telegram, we store your Telegram user ID to deliver notifications. This is optional and can be disconnected at any time.
• Alert preferences: Token alert thresholds, price targets, and alert type (above/below) you configure in the alerts feature.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Log data: Our servers automatically record information when you visit the Site, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the time/date of your visit. This is standard web server logging.
• Analytics: We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand aggregate usage patterns (page views, feature usage). We do not use Google Analytics or other tools that track individuals across sites without consent.
• Cookies: We use essential cookies to maintain your session and remember preferences (such as theme or connected wallet state). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.

2.3 What We Do NOT Collect

• Private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords — ever.
• Government-issued identification or KYC documents.
• Payment card information (all value transfers are on-chain).
• Precise geolocation data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and maintain the Service (routing transactions, displaying balances, loading market data).
• Deliver price alert notifications to your connected Telegram account when threshold conditions are met.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity on the platform.
• Analyze aggregate usage to improve platform features and performance.
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal process.
• Respond to support inquiries if you contact us.

We do not use your information for targeted advertising. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third-party advertisers.

4. Blockchain Transactions and Public Data

CyberInc Bridge is an interface for interacting with public blockchains. Any transaction you submit through our interface is broadcast to the relevant blockchain network and becomes permanently public. This includes:

• Your wallet address (sender)
• Destination addresses
• Transaction amounts
• Token types
• Smart contract interactions

This data is inherently public and outside of our control. It is not data we "collect" — it is recorded by the decentralized blockchain network as part of how blockchain technology works. We cannot delete or modify blockchain records.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with several third-party services to function. When you use our interface, your usage data may also be processed by these services according to their own privacy policies:

• Bridge and swap protocols (Li.Fi, Socket, Stargate, Hop, etc.): Process your transaction routing and may log wallet addresses for transaction tracking.
• CoinGecko: Provides market price data. Your browser may make API calls to CoinGecko's servers for real-time prices.
• Ankr / Ethplorer: Provides on-chain balance and portfolio data via RPC and API calls.
• Telegram: If you enable alerts, our backend communicates with Telegram's Bot API to send you messages. Telegram's privacy policy governs their handling of data.
• WalletConnect: If you use WalletConnect to connect a mobile wallet, the connection session is relayed through WalletConnect's relay servers.
• Vercel: Our infrastructure provider. Hosts our frontend and serverless functions. May process log data including IP addresses per their privacy policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations:

• Alert preferences and Telegram ID: Retained until you delete your alerts or disconnect your Telegram account through the app. You can delete all alert data at any time through the alerts settings.
• Server logs: Retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes, then deleted.
• Session cookies: Expire when you close your browser or after 30 days of inactivity.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including:

• Access: Request a copy of personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of personal data we hold (subject to legal retention requirements). Note: we cannot delete data recorded on public blockchains.
• Objection: Object to processing of your data in certain circumstances.
• Portability: Request transfer of your data in a machine-readable format.

Cookie Preferences

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect functionality such as maintaining your wallet connection state between sessions.

Disconnect Telegram Alerts

You can disconnect your Telegram account and delete all alert data at any time from within the Alerts section of the app. This will immediately stop all notifications and remove your Telegram ID from our systems.

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, access controls on our backend systems, and regular security reviews.

However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information, and you use the Service at your own risk. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to us responsibly through our contact channels before public disclosure.

9. Children's Privacy

CyberInc Bridge is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

10. International Transfers

CyberInc Bridge operates globally. If you access our Service from outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be transferred across international borders. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of information to countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
