You are entirely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase. Loss of your seed phrase or private key means permanent loss of access to your wallet and all associated assets.

CyberInc Bridge may charge interface fees on certain transactions. These fees are always disclosed in the transaction preview before you confirm. By confirming a transaction, you consent to the fees displayed.
In addition to any interface fee, you will pay blockchain gas fees (determined by network conditions and outside our control) and any fees charged by the underlying bridge or swap protocol. All applicable fees are itemized in the transaction confirmation screen.
All fees are non-refundable once a transaction is submitted to the blockchain, regardless of the outcome of the transaction.
The Service routes transactions through third-party bridge and swap protocols. We do not operate, control, or endorse these protocols. We are not responsible for the performance, security, uptime, or accuracy of any third-party protocol.
Your use of third-party protocols is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We recommend reviewing these before using the Service.
We aggregate route options in good faith based on available data, but we do not guarantee that any quoted price, fee, or arrival time will be achieved. Market conditions change rapidly and all estimates are subject to change between quotation and execution.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (a) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE; (b) QUOTED PRICES, FEES, OR EXECUTION TIMES WILL BE ACHIEVED; (c) ANY THIRD-PARTY PROTOCOL INTEGRATED INTO THE SERVICE WILL BE FREE FROM EXPLOITS OR VULNERABILITIES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF FUNDS, LOST PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
The CyberInc Bridge name, logo, and all content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as alert configurations). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to operate the Service.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
